The principal, Farone Eckstein commended the entire class for their perseverance throughout their academic journey. “We are proud of our matrics. They have shot the lights out in terms of their results with a 93% bachelor’s degree pass. I think it is a testament to the huge amount of effort the children have put in, the support from the parents, and how much effort the teachers have put into them.”

The school’s head of academics, Clare Pretorius, agreed with Eckstein saying that the matrics made her proud. “We are delighted with this class, and we have even better expectations for the next matric class who have been working hard throughout their school years.”
