Watch: Randburg FC to host prestigious tournament

Randburg FC chairman Kevin Mudie thanked the teams and the sponsors involved in making the tournament a success.

Development coaches and other team representatives gathered at the Randburg Sports Complex for the draw of the Randburg FC Friendship Cup tournament.
The cup for U15s and U17s will take place from March 23–24. All the clubs competing are playing in the Gauteng Development League.

The draw was conducted by Randburg FC chairman Kevin Mudie who said there will be eight teams per age group and will be split into two groups of four. Mudie added the games will consist of 25 minutes each half.

“It’s a development tournament. We are expecting highly competitive games and we also hope that everyone involved will enjoy themselves. As development clubs, it’s important to get the boys playing more and more tournament football.”

U15 Group A:

  • Sevens
