The school offers hospitality studies as a choice subject in the senior phase and the learners are required to do a practical assessment task once a term that involves food preparation and food service.
The learners were assessed as chefs, food servers, waiters, or barmen and their marks go towards their end-of-term reports as practical components.
Teacher Tandi Theron guided the learners to make sure that the evening ran perfectly with elegant and classy service parents could traditionally enjoy in top restaurants.
