Empowaworx celebrates a remarkable 2024, highlighting its successful initiatives and the unwavering dedication of its team and partners this Christmas.
Empowaworx, a trailblazing organisation dedicated to empowering individuals and communities, is taking a moment this Christmas to reflect on the remarkable strides it made in 2024.
Simphiwe Masiza, the CEO and founder, shared his reflections on the year. “2024 was filled with incredible moments, but the inaugural EmpowaEntrepreneurs Funding Summit was a defining achievement. Its success has inspired us to expand the initiative to three provinces and five African countries in 2025.”
Masiza emphasised the role of the Empowaworx team and partners, describing them as the true heroes of the year. “Their passion and dedication made everything we achieved possible,” he said.

Despite the challenges encountered, the organisation maintained its momentum by fostering agility and clear communication. This approach allowed them to overcome obstacles with determination and unity.
One of the year’s highlights was witnessing the resilience and innovation of the young individuals served through EmpowaYouth. Masiza explained that their stories continue to inspire and drive the organisation to make a difference.
As the festive season approaches, Masiza has a heartfelt wish for his team: “My hope is for everyone to experience deep rest and rejuvenation. After an intense year of hard work and achievement, it’s important to recharge for the exciting plans ahead.”
