Sundowner Community Association hopes for unity, optimism, and shared commitment in the new year

After their extraordinary 2024, Sundowner Community Association operations director Robert Rutherford welcomes back the residents to 2025.
“I hope you’ve all had a relaxing and refreshing holiday season. In 2025, I aim to focus on enhancing our community’s safety, fostering stronger relationships with local businesses, and creating more inclusive events that bring everyone together.”

He explained that he is most excited about seeing the community thrive through collaboration, and watching new initiatives come to life, particularly those that enhance the well-being of all Sundowner residents.
“Let’s step into 2025 with unity, optimism, and a shared commitment to making Sundowner a safer, more vibrant place to live. Together, we can achieve great things. My wish is for our association to receive more volunteer support and resources to expand our projects, particularly around community safety and beautification. We’d also welcome sponsorships for our initiatives to ease the financial load on residents.”
