Hoërskool Randburg singer releases inspiring song
Hoërskool Randburg's young, talented artist, Tamsyn Faulds, hopes her new track inspires people.
Hoërskool Randburg matric learner Tamsyn Faulds has released her single titled The Finish Line on July 4.
Tamsyn explained that the song is about having to cross over into the next chapter and being scared to do so because you don’t know what lies ahead.
“I have to cross a big finish line very soon, as I near the end of my matric year, and that scares me a little bit. I don’t know what’s going to happen, where I’m supposed to go or what I’m supposed to do, but I know that I’ll be okay and I know I’m not alone and I have hope despite being scared.”

She walked into the studio with that idea, and it evolved into the song it is now. With the help of her producer, Daniel Baron, she took the idea and turned it into a reality.
The young artist said that she hopes people can relate to the song and be reminded that they aren’t alone.
“I hope that the song can also evoke a feeling of hope for anyone at different chapters/stages in their lives.”
The song is available on YouTube.
