Meat World enjoys successful opening at Jackal Creek Corner
NORTH RIDING – Butcher chain opens store at brand new shopping centre in North Riding.
The opening of Jackal Creek Corner attracted shoppers far and wide on 25 February.
Among the most visited stores in the North Riding centre was Meat World, where community members packed trolleys full of biltong and their other favourite meats – frozen, dried or fresh as they come.
The store was busy by 9am already on opening day and dozens of staff members were busy attending to hungry and eager customers throughout the many aisles.
“So far we have had a good turnout,” said Meat World CEO Angelino Pereira.
“It’s been pretty busy and hopefully we’re expecting a lot more movement this afternoon.”
He discussed the store’s specials on bulk fresh chicken and bulk rump and sirloin steaks before inviting members of the community to pay a visit.
“All the specials are available at Jackal Creek and at all the Meat Worlds all over Gauteng, including Northcliff and Valley View [in Krugersdorp].”
