Gourmet Brandy & Cognac Evening

Mount Grace welcoming food and wine lovers to the award-winning Magaliesburg country house and spa for a wintry weekend to remember. Where the luxurious accommodation and the choice of a series of spa spoils will certainly entice guests but where the cuisine conceived by chef Vasti Wilson and her team and a series of outstanding brandies and cognac will take centre stage.

August 3rd will feature a multicourse dinner prepared by chef Vasti and her team, paired with a series of specially sourced South African brandies, and cognacs. This convivial evening will be co-hosted by South African Brandy Foundation and will offer guests fascinating insight into the makeup and food pairing abilities of some of the world-class brandies that are made in South Africa.
