Avanté’s new school leaders for 2018

Avanté Primary have announced the leaders for the new school year ahead.

Someone once said ‘Winners for today and tomorrow, driven by a passion for education and learning, striving towards excellence.”

On Monday, 6 November, Avanté Primary School held its leader inauguration ceremony for their newly elected leaders for 2018. The leaders walked proudly into the hall on a red carpet as the school song was sung.

Each leader was called to sign a code of honour after which the deputy and head leaders for 2017 gave their farewell speech. The newly elected deputy and head leaders were then announced. The school is very proud of the leaders. Even though they have a difficult task ahead of them, they know that they will be very successful.

The new leaders for 2018 are: Rethabile Chauke, Thato Dakisa, Michelle Hendricks, Mbali Kasinde, Reitumetse Khalanyane, Bongani Khumal, Onthatile Klaas, Zanele Kunene, Ayanda Magwanya, Omphile Mahupela, Boitshoko Maimane, Katlego Male, Reneilwe Masokoane, Oarabile Mere, Thandolwethu Mgoqi, Kamwa Mkhize, Casandra Mkhonza, Mathabo Molefe, Olwethu Mooi, Sakhile Motoro, Orefile Mpadisang, Tshegofatso Mpotoane, Lebone Ndlovu, Nakisani Nenjelele, Reabetswe Ngakane, Paballo Ntsekalle, Luthando Ntsepo, Olerato Phetoe, Tshegofatso Segau, Zinhle Sello, Keamogetswe Semanya, Boitumelo Shai, Phindile Shea, Okuhle Sibeko, Tshiamo Tlabakoe and Nomathamsanqa Xaba.

The deputy and head leaders are: Omphile Mahupela – Head boy; Okuhle Sibeko and Lebone Ndlovu – Deputy head boys; Orefile Mpadisang – Head girl; and Zinhle Sello and Olwethu Mooi – Deputy head girls.
