Ready to serve with a smile!

Randfontein Herald office in Greenhills now open to the public.

The Randfontein Herald office situated at 113 Kenneth Avenue in Greenhills is now open to the public again between Monday to Friday from 8am to 4.30pm.

After months at home due to the temporary closure, Bella Rikhotso, the Herald‘s receptionist said she is happy to interact with the public again, especially the Herald‘s clients – big and small.

“I was at home for such a long time, and I’m really glad to be back at work,” Bella said.

Our dedicated staff member, who has been with the company for a decade said she was inundated with calls from friendly clients with whom she has built good relationships over the years.

She said they did not only enquire about the office reopening, but her well-being during the pandemic.

Being away from the office for such a long time has actually made me realise how close I’ve grown to these clients. It was quite touching to know that they were not concerned about their businesses but they took time to find out how my family and I were doing,” Bella said.

Although excited to be back, she urged the public to make sure that they adhere to Covid-19 protocols, especially when they visit the office.

“It is important to keep to all the safety regulations so that we keep our loved ones safe. I’m ready to serve our clients with a smile once again, even if it is through a mask, and without shaking hands and hugging. But I would like to welcome you all back,” Bella said.
