RandWest SPCAs list of needs this Mandela Day

The RandWest SPCA is appealing to the community to assist them this Nelson Mandela Day (Sunday, July 18).

Chairman of the RandWest SPCA Brenda Eloff said they are in need of numerous essential items as well as specific items specifically for maintaining to their offices and catteries but due to Covid level 4 regulations they cannot currently ask the community for assistance with fixing these matters.

They have instead made a list of products that they need:

• F10 for disinfecting
• HTH pool cleaner
• Plastic spray bottles
• Plastic buckets
• Red Heating bulbs
• Four hosepipes
• Four hosepipe attachments
• Stainless steel bowls (medium and small)
• Cat litter

Brenda said all donations will go to both the Randfontein and Westonaria branch as they run both branches together.

Donations can be dropped off at any RandWest SPCA branch and if transport is not available, Brenda will try and arrange pick ups.
