A vehicle and a scooter collided at the corner of Stegman and Malan Streets in Randgate, leaving one person injured.

CPF chairperson Ruan Sheppard confirmed the crash, stating that CPF, First Help, Medical Services, and traffic authorities are currently attending the scene.

The scooter driver was injured and received medical attention from EMS,” he confirmed.

He also urged motorists to avoid Stegman and Malan Streets if possible and to use alternative routes.

Sheppard cautioned that anyone needing to pass the scene should do so carefully, as emergency responders are actively working in the area.

“Please stay alert, as onlookers often become distracted by crashes, which can lead to secondary crashes,” he concluded.
