Life Poortview welcomes Dr Vinola Poliah!

Dr Poliah completed her MBBCh at Wits in 2007 and completed her Master of Medicine in Psychiatry in 2016.  She has provided care to patients at numerous mental healthcare facilities for the past 12 years, in various roles, including managing the undergraduate training at Sterkfontein Hospital.

She is passionate about the discipline of psychiatry but her special interests lie in addiction psychiatry and Women’s health.

Dr Poliah completed her Masters in the subject of mental health in vulnerable female population groups and is planning to pursue her PhD in the subject.
