Liquor stolen during trespassing incident on Greenhills property
Liquor was recently stolen from a property in Greenhills with a local security company warning others to be vigilant.
A group of thieves jumped over a wall of a residential property and proceeded to steal bottles of alcohol at the lapa.
This is according to Mapogo A Mathamaga operations manager Danie Vermeulen, who said the incident occurred just before 17:00 on October 27.
“We recorded an incident of trespassing and theft at a residential property on Darter Street, Greenhills recently. Thieves gained access into the property by jumping over a perimeter wall and proceeded to the lapa stealing various bottles of alcohol,” said Vermeulen, who added that the perpetrators jumped the wall once again to exit the property. They managed to get away.
