Another banana peel in Banana Street, this time a pothole
Toekomsrus residents are concerned Banana Street is being neglected.
One of the many potholes in Banana Street is becoming a real concern for residents.
Resident Sarah Percent explained that a pothole in front of her yard has been a concern for the past two years.
She noted the issue has been reported to the Rand West Local Municipality (RWLM) and some of the other streets in the area have been repaired, but not Banana Street.
She continued the rain fills the pothole with water, making it difficult to see, not to mention it is in front of her yard which means when people drive their vehicles through it, it is damaged.
The RWLM has not commented by the time of publishing, as soon as comment is received an update will be given.
