Have you seen Meco?
Missing dog Meco leaves an empty spot in the Boshoff residence after she went missing more than four days ago.

Owner Ru-Jean Boshoff is desperately searching for his missing dog, Meco. Now she is appealing to the community to help her find her lost pup.
Meco, who also reacts to Mickey, is a nine-year-old female Biewer Terrier. She is white and brown and is microchipped. Meco’s right front paw has two black nails and the left front paw has three while the rest of her nails are white.
According to Ru-Jean, Meco went missing on January 9. She further explained on that day they had guests visiting them whereupon Meco managed to escape.
“When we realised she was gone we began searching for her and even looked at the CCTV footage but we were not able to see anything. We immediately posted the information on Facebook channels as well as WhatsApp groups created for missing pets.
We visited the SPCA and all the veterinarians in Randfontein to inform them that Meco is missing. Yesterday [January 12] we issued out pamphlets and some residents told us they saw her around the area on Thursday and Friday,” Ru-Jean said.
She described Meco as a friendly dog with no concept of personal space. She also loves car rides and reacts with excitement when Ru-Jean says ‘let’s go drive!’.
“Our three daughters are struggling without Meco. We regularly have to comfort them by saying we will keep looking for Meco. Even when we drive we are constantly looking out for her. If anyone has seen her or found her, we ask that you please bring her back home,” she expressed.
