Pharmacy and SPCA join paws
Local SPCA chairperson praises Local Choice Pharmacy Randgate for all their support.
The RandWest SPCA expressed their gratitude towards Local Choice Pharmacy Randgate for being by their side.
“The pharmacy does so much for us. They are angels that were sent our way to make life a bit easier,” said chairperson Brenda Eloff.
According to Eloff, the pharmacy has provided the SPCA with medication when their staff are sick as well as giving inspector manager René van Straten a booster drip when she lost her strength. Eloff added when one of the trainee inspectors was bit by a dog, they also gave her the needed medicine to get back on track.
Throughout the winter, the pharmacy also provided the SPCA with vitamins to keep them healthy. Whenever the SPCA needs funds, they hold a fundraiser at the pharmacy. They also installed a water system for the SPCA.
Eloff and the SPCA are ever grateful for the help that was given by the pharmacy.
