Randy explained that during this campaign, he will hitchhike around Gauteng to visit 10 towns in 20 days. He will only have access to hygiene products, minimal clothing items and a cellphone to document his journey.

He further explained that this expedition will start on May 12. It will begin in Randfontein, whereafter Randy will travel to areas such as Johannesburg, Midrand and Pretoria.

I will sleep wherever I can find shelter, and will also livestream the journey via social media,” he expressed.

This campaign comes after the foundation requested to utilise an abandoned municipal-owned building in Stubbs Street. The foundation intended to use the building to care for vulnerable children in need of care. The request has since been rejected.

“Funds raised through this initiative will be utilised to provide adequate accommodation for abused and abandoned children in need,” he concluded.
