Y-Life Entertainment unites community for a cause

Y-Life Markets successfully hosted a market day and fundraiser, raising funds for two NPOs that support vulnerable people and animals in the community.

In an attempt to relieve the financial burden on NPOs in the community, Y-Life Entertainment held a market and fundraiser to assist those helping others in need.

Yolande du Plooy, founder of Y-Life Markets, explained that they hosted it in support of No More Tears Animal Rescue and The Cradle of Hope. The Cradle of Hope looks after abandoned and abused children and also feeds over 2 000 people daily.

“I’m a qualified Neuro Life Coach, and I see so much brokenness in the world. The inspiration and motivation behind the event was to create a message that ‘there is always hope,” said Yolande.

She continued, the event was a success, and the community came together in numbers. This was also not the first fundraiser they’ve hosted; they previously supported Wollies Animal Shelter.

Yolande added that she is planning another event for the end of September, for which she is still deciding on the beneficiaries of the event.
