Myburgh Foundation spreads joy on Heritage Day

To celebrate Heritage Day, the Myburgh Foundation distributed clothes and care packs to bring smiles to underprivileged youth.

The Myburgh Foundation celebrated Heritage Day by distributing pre-loved clothing to the underprivileged youth in Toekomsrus and Mohlakeng.

On September 24, the foundation visited the less fortunate children and handed out nine bags of children’s clothes and 60 sanitary towel packs. The event ended in the afternoon with an exciting braai.

According to the co-founders of the foundation, Cindy and Randy Christian, this distribution forms part of the foundation’s welfare and humanitarian mandate.

“It gives us great joy to partner with donors and spread smiles on the faces of those who need it. This makes working on a public holiday worthwhile,” Randy expressed.

Furthermore, he thanked each individual who generously donated the clothing and sanitary towels. He added that this made the programme a success.
