Join the fight: Church event to support Cansa

To help in the fight against cancer, VEK Randfontein Church will be hosting a cancer awareness day.

The Volle Evangelie Kerk (VEK) Randfontein will be hosting a cancer awareness day to help the Cancer Association of South Africa (Cansa) make a difference in the lives of those living with cancer.

The event will take place from 09:30 on October 11 at the corner of 10th and Johnstone Street, Homelake. According to pastor Christo de Beer, the day will be filled with praise and worship.

He added, cancer survivors will also share their heartfelt testimonies on the day with guest speaker Petra Nortje. Bingo will also be provided for entertainment. Christo explained that all donations made on the day will contribute to Cansa’s cause.

“Come join and show your support for the fight against cancer. Whether you have been affected yourself, know someone who is struggling, or just want to make a difference – your presence matters,” Christo expressed.
