Westgold hosts pageant of love

In celebration of Valentine’s Day, Westgold Primary held a pageant to crown Mr and Miss Westgold.

According to school spokesperson Mariska du Plessis, a new and exciting event took place to celebrate the day of love. Learners were dressed in white and red and had plenty of fun on the day.

Mariska further stated that there were junior and senior winners as well as a Mr and Miss Westgold.

“The contestants really outdid themselves with their creative outfits and on the ramp. Even the teachers joined in and released their inner models,” she concluded.
