From classroom to career dreams for RHS matrics

Cheers, proud parents and big ambitions marked results day as Randfontein High’s matric class closed one chapter and opened another.

The atmosphere was electric at Randfontein High School as the Class of 2025 arrived to collect their long-awaited results, bringing a year of dedication, perseverance and hard work to a close.

Among them was Onkarabetse Mahosi, who proudly celebrated her achievement alongside her mother, Johannah Nkhoma. Both shared in the joy of the moment, with Onkarabetse wanting to study either computer science or medicine. Johannah expressed her pride and excitement at seeing her child take the next step toward university.

Daniel Diale also shared his plans for the year ahead, saying he hopes to study software development. Meanwhile, Tandeka Hlatshwayo is setting her sights on a future in the construction industry.

She plans to enrol in online courses in architecture or construction management while working part-time and awaiting confirmation from a university. Despite the busy road ahead, she says she will continue nurturing her passion for dance.
