Super Tigers to lead Women’s Day festivities
Greenhills Super Tigers Football Club invites all women in sport to join them at their Greenhills Sport Festival on Women's Day.
On August 9, Greenhills Super Tigers Football Club is hosting a Greenhills Sports Festival in celebration of Women’s Day.
Bogani Duiker, founder of Super Tigers, explained that the festivities are set to start at 07:30 at Greenhills Stadium.
The sporting events will include cricket, tennis, golf, soccer, rugby, and various indoor games such as morabaraba, ludo, and chess. Morabaraba is a traditional board game in which players aim to form rows of three to eliminate their opponent’s pieces. Ludo is a race-based board game where players move four tokens to the finish line based on dice rolls.
Competitions will be held across three categories: U13, U17 (girls), and seniors.
They are also inviting female DJs to join in on the festivities.
