Marlé and Saskia strike gold at performing arts competition

Two senior dancers from Beyond the Barre Dance Studio competed in the Planet Youth Performing Arts in Pretoria.

Ilse de Bruyn, the studio’s owner, explained that on the weekend of July 26, Marlé Broodryk and Saskia Janse van Rensburg made their way to the capital to showcase their talents at the Planet Youth Performing Arts.

Marlé won gold for all three of her ballet performances and was named the category winner, while Saskia also earned gold for both of her performances.
