Residents of Waterkloof are asked to remain patient for the next two weeks as inspection holes are being dug in the sidewalks of some intersections in the area.
Councillor Bronwynn Engelbrecht of ward 42 said the Tshwane metro will soon thereafter begin replacing the old pipelines in the water network that have been the cause of many burst water pipes.
The holes will be dug at the intersections of Premier-, Crown-, Rose-, Silver Oak- and Rautenbach streets situated between Main- and Albert avenues (including Julius Jeppe- and Milner avenues).
“During the next two weeks residents and motorists are asked to stay patient as the process could result in traffic delays,” Engelbrecht said.
Residents can raise complaints with Engelbrecht on 082-376-1022.
