Soshanguve police are hot on the heels of the alleged killers of a woman who was shot and killed on Sunday night, police said on Tuesday. This comes after a 30-year-old woman was found on Monday morning naked, dead and with a bullet wound to the head.
“The family of the girl alleged that the girl was picked up by a BMW vehicle on Sunday night around midnight. They further stated that they found the girl’s smashed cellphone next to her house along with an identity document belonging to some guy,” said police spokesman Warrant Officer Lolo Mangena.
He confirmed that the family opened a case at the police station the next morning.
“Police received a tip-off that there were two dead bodies in Block XX. When police arrived they found the naked body of a female with a bullet wound to the head and a man who was shot twice on the lower body, the man was still alive.” Mangena said the man was in still in ICU and was recovering. He said the BMW was found near Giant stadium in Soshanguve.
