Know who to call in emergencies
Centurion residents can use this list with details of the different sectors in the Wierdabrug CPF in case of emergencies.
The Wierdabrug police, together with the community policing forum (CPF) and other residential associations, are appealing to residents to learn who to turn to in dangerous or life-threatening situations.
The CPF have made it their priority to be alert and on the lookout for criminal activities and any member of the public can provide the police or CPF with information about such activities and suspicious behaviour.
The police in Wierdabrug have three sectors. Each sector has its own sector manager, 24-hour sector cell phone and chairperson.
The sectors are as follows:
Sector 1: Valhalla, Bronberrick, Clubview, Hennopspark, Monrick, Eldo Falls, Glen Lauriston. Sector manager: Warrant Officer Van Staden – 082-319-9670. The 24-hour sector cell phones: 071-675-6459/6460. Chairperson: Braam Rossouw – 082-884-9143.
Sector 2: Rooihuiskraal, The Reeds, Gateway Industrial. Sector manager: Warrant Officer Pauls – 071-604-9042. The 24-hour sector cell phones – 071-675-6461/6462. Chairperson: Pierre Viviers – 083 737 7902.
Sector 3: Raslouw, Wierdapark, Eldoraigne, Eldo Glen, Wierda Glen, Amberfield, Rooihuiskraal North, Heuweloord, Heuwelsig, Celtisdal. Sector manager: Constable Crewe – 082-850-8091. The 24-hour sector cell phone – 071-675-6464. Chairperson: André Vorster – 084-549-3641.
