Three of President Jacob Zuma’s children are currently in hospital following an accident in Pietermaritzburg on Friday, the presidency said.
Spokesperson Mac Maharaj said this happened in the morning in Pietermaritzburg.
He said a cousin of the family was also involved.
“The children and the driver are in a stable condition after being treated for various injuries,” Maharaj said.
He said the presidency wishes the family all the best during this period.
“We wish the children a speedy recovery.”
