Two of the three men have been arrested who robbed an SABC crew earlier this week. The crew was broadcasting live at the time of the robbery.
A Tweet by one of the victims, SABC editor Vuyo Mvoko, said they have positively identified their stolen cellphones.
The armed robbers threatened Mvoko with a gun when he refused to hand over his cellphone. The men robbed the crew in front of the Netcare Milpark Hospital in Johannesburg.
