Eskom has announced that there are no new information regarding load shedding this week. The system remains under pressure, but no power cuts have been scheduled for Wednesday thus far.

Consumers are urged to continue using electricity sparingly and to switch off any unnecessary electrical appliances.

Eskom has had a few good weeks thus far, with minimal power cuts across South Africa.

Eskom say they hope that load shedding will not occur this week as it has been seen the past two weeks.

No load shedding have been scheduled for Tuesday, but the system remains constrained. People are urged to continue using electricity sparingly throughout this week.
