Christopher Panayiotou (28), husband of murdered Port Eizabeth teacher, Jayde Panayiotou appeared in the Port Elizabeth Magistrate’s Court on Monday, and has been formally charged with conspiracy to commit murder, kidnapping, robbery with aggravated circumstances and murder.
According to reports, a third suspect was arrested late on Sunday.
Panayiotou has also been accused of having a steamy affair with 26-year-old Chanelle Coutts, an employee at one of his supermarkets.
The case has been postponed to 19 June 2015.
