Motorists in Johannesburg were very upset with what seemed to be two dogs on the back of a bakkie on William Nicol Drive on Wednesday morning. According to people on social media, the SAPS refused to respond to their calls, but that the SPCA was trying to track the car’s registration number.
The bakkie was last seen in the Johannesburg CBD area.
