Station commander expresses concern regarding the senseless murder of an elderly woman
Police are investigating a case of murder after the body of a 70-year-old woman was discovered in her home in Mohlakeng on Wednesday.
Randfontein Police spokesperson Captain Appel Ernst confirmed, “The body was discovered at approximately 9.45am on Wednesday 6 May by tenants who stay on the same premises. The deceased was found on her bed in the house, she was allegedly bound.
