A chronically ill pensioner now known as Hope Shepherd, was recently assaulted by a caregiver at an upmarket East London home for the frail and elderly.
Her family was concerned over unexplained bruises to her body and a broken arm. She was unable to explain or talk about what was happening, so her family installed a hidden camera in her room.
The video has since gone viral on social media.
