Midrand teen found dead

The Midrand teenage girl that disappeared in Pretoria last week was found dead on Monday afternoon.

19-year-old girl Ipeleng Moholane was found dead on Monday afternoon after she disappeared from Pretoria a week ago.

The teenager, a Midrand resident, was apparently found murdered in President Park in Midrand.

The Midrand Graduate Institute student was last seen on 16 May about to board a taxi home from Pretoria CBD.

According to Facebook page, People who live in Midrand, Moholane’s body was positively identified by her family on Monday night.

Her father, Isaac Moholane, called in on a radio breakfast show on Tuesday morning to share the bad news.

“We found her yesterday in the afternoon. I think the killers killed her in the morning or just the day before,” he said on radio.

Police could not provide comment at the time of print.
