Win tickets to the McLaren Circus in Hatfield

Don’t miss the McLaren Circus' 10th Anniversary Tour for fun under the Big Top.

South Africa’s biggest circus is celebrating ten years of circus performance in South Africa. The McLaren Circus will present their 10th anniversary show in a spectacular way in Hatfield, corner of Stanza Bopape and End streets, from 24 June – 19 July.

Events on the programme will include Miss Cassandra Stone on the Spanish rope, Li Qi from China with unicycle and cube balancing, acrobatics by the Tanzanian Boys, the Capetonian Miss Karen on the aerial silks, impressive mouth balancing by Miss Xiao Ya, Hou Yan from the Chinese State Circus with bouncing ball juggling, the globe of death by the multi award winning Varanne globe rider from South America, fire and aerial hoop acts, resident clowns, Alick and Prakito and much more.

What makes a circus, are the animals. Mixed caged acts with rare Bengal tigers, African lionesses and white lions is presented by South Africa’s very own David McLaren. Other animal acts include Perky Poodles, Arabian Camels, Miniature Horses, Ponies, Friesian Horses and Burmese Pythons.

The circus also hosts kiddies parties and corporate events. Tickets cost R80 and R100 (side raised), R110 (front raised) & R130 (ringside) per person.

McLaren Circus is the largest circus in Africa with the biggest variety of performing animals in South Africa.
