Man nabbed with 38 cocaine rocks

A 29-year-old man who was found with 38 rocks of cocaine in his underwear was arrested in the CBD on Wednesday during a police crime prevention operation.

A 29-year-old man was caught with 38 cocaine rocks in his underwear in central Pretoria on Wednesday.

Police spokesperson Captain Augustinah Selepe said the man was arrested on the corner of Jacob Mare and Paul Kruger streets during a crime prevention operation.

“The man was searched by police and a plastic bag containing 38 rocks, presumed to be rocks of cocaine, were discovered in his undies,” she said.

The man was expected to appear in the Pretoria Magistrate’s Court soon.
