Alleged toddler killer on the run

A woman who suspected of murdering her son in 2012 is on the run from police after failing to appear in court.

A Pretoria woman accused of killing her son is being sought by police after she apparently skipped bail.

Thalita (Smit) de Graaf was supposed to have appeared in the Pretoria High Court on 11 November on a charge of  murdering her four-year-old son. She failed to turn up.

De Graaf allegedly killed Dominique de Graaf in 2012.

The matter was reported to the Primrose police

Police searching for De Graaf  said they believed she might be in the Pretoria or Centurion area and might be using a fake identity.

They urged anyone with information on her whereabouts to call the South African Community Crime Watch on 079-974-4024.
