Man found dead next to road in city

The body of a man was discovered on the corner of Solomon Mahlangu Drive and Lynnwood Road early on Sunday morning.

The 64-year-old man was found dead at around 06:00. He has not been identified yet.

Athlenda Mathe, spokesperson for Netcare911 said paramedics on scene reported the man had signs of extensive injuries.

“No eyewitnesses were available on scene to assist paramedics with information of what had happened,” Mathe said.
