Murdered ex-cop to be buried this weekend
An ex-Soshanguve police man who was murdered last week, will be buried this Saturday.

A Soshanguve cop, Mafa Johannes Kgasu (55), who was murdered and dumped in an open field in Soshanguve, will be laid to rest this Saturday.
Kgasu left his Soshanguve Block DD home on Saturday 23 January, saying he was going to buy some KFC at Sosh Plaza.
When he failed to return home, his family reported him missing at the local police station.
His body was discovered four days later in Mogogelo section.
He will be buried in his hometown of Welkom on Saturday.
Police spokesperson, Sergeant Tembi Nowathe said police were still trying to find his killers.
“His car, a Toyota Hilux was spotted at Sosh Plaza unattended with the goods he went to buy still inside,” said Nowathe.
She said the car was apparently parked there for almost the whole day.
“He had no gun or knife wound but his body was partially decomposed,” she said.
How he was killed is yet to be established.
