NATIONAL NEWS: Drunk driving charges brought against M4 driver

33-year-old driver is facing two charges for fatal accident on the M4 Ruth First Highway.

The driver of the vehicle involved in Sunday morning’s M4 accident which left two cyclists dead will be charged for drunk driving and culpable homicide.

It is alleged the 33-year-old driver plowed into the back of a group of cyclists at about 5am this morning.
