Dead baby found in dustbin
Residents horrified by body of a premature baby found dead in Moot complex trash.

A dead baby was found in a dustbin in Queenswood on Friday.
The child was discovered by a gardener in Sunderland complex in Shilling Street around 08:0o. It appeared to have been born prematurely and was still wrapped in its placenta,
Complex caretaker André Hutter said: “Our gardener had just opened the dustbin when he saw the baby. He called me and we saw that it was a premature baby, still in the placenta. We called the Villieria police, who responded swiftly.”
Villieria police spokesperson Captain Koba Brits confirmed that the body of a baby was found. She could not elaborate.
Hutter said this had never happened before at the complex, adding that the gardener was left horrified by what he had seen.
“We can only be thankful that the baby wasn’t put in a bag, otherwise the gardener might not have seen it,” he said.
Police were investigating.
