Man found hanging from tree in apparent suicide outside popular restaurant.
A man was found hanging from a tree outside the popular Oppiplaas restaurant in Villieria early on Sunday morning.
He appeared to have committed suicide.
Villieria police spokesperson, Captain Koba Brits, confirmed that a man was found hanging from a tree near the water canal next to the restaurant.
“The Villieria police are investigating, but cannot divulge any more information at this time,” said Brits.
Management at the restaurant could not yet comment.More on this story as it becomes available.
