Man critical after restaurant shooting
A 24-year-old man is in a critical condition after he was shot at a restaurant.

A 24-year-old man is in a critical condition following a shooting in Moreleta Park on Wednesday morning.
The shooting happened at a golf course restaurant around 08:00, Netcare 911 said.
“Paramedics responded to a call and managed to stabilise the man on the scene. He was transported to a nearby hospital under the care of an advanced life support paramedic,” Netcare 911 spokesperson Athlenda Mathe said.
Mathe said the motive of the shooting was unknown and police are investigating.
Garsfontein police spokesperson Warrant Officer Dave Miller confirmed the shooting.
“I can confirm that a shooting took place this morning but we are still investigating the matter,” he said.
