Classes at the University of Pretoria was once again suspended on Tuesday after violent protests and clashes on campus.
Security around the campus was beefed up, with staff keeping a close watch.

“Management is planning on resolving the issue with the parties concerned so that academic activities at the university can continue.”
Protests and violence have been plaguing the institution for the past week.
First sparked by the Economic Freedom Fighters, demanding that Afrikaans be scrapped as a language of instruction at the university.
On Monday, protests turned violent as pro-Afrikaans students and and supporters of the #AfrikaansMustFall movement clashed on campus.
