Man stabbed to death after friend dispute
A man was found dead on Friday, after he and his friend allegedly had a dispute.

A man was stabbed to death in Plastic View east of Pretoria on Friday, after a scuffle with his friend.
Garsfontein police spokesperson Warrant Officer Miller said two friends were out drinking when a scuffle broke out between them on Friday night.
“Police are unsure what might have caused the scuffle, but one of the men was found lying still on the ground and the other had fled.
“The body had stab wounds,” said Miller.
Miller said the other man was later arrested and would appear in the Pretoria Magistrate’s Court soon.
A pensioner was found murdered last week, in Garsfontein also in the east of Pretoria following several attempted burglaries at his home.
Randall Bason (70) was was found dead by his wife Theresa. He had been brutally stabbed and strangled during an apparent robbery on Monday morning.
Bason was found with speaker cables around his neck.
His son, Russel, said there had been at least 10 attempts to get into the property in the past four months.
Miller confirmed the murders and said police were investigating.
