Man found dead after fire
A man was found dead after a fire was extinguished in the north of Pretoria on Thursday.
A man was killed when he was caught in a fire at a plot in Pyramid, north of Pretoria, on Thursday morning.
Tshwane emergency services spokesperson Johan Pieterse said this happened around 08:00 when two outbuildings caught fire.
“One of the buildings was burnt down completely. The fire was extinguished and that’s when a body of a male was found inside,” he said.
He said no other injuries were reported.
“The cause of the fire is unknown and police have taken over and are investigating.”
