Police hunt three fraudsters
Police hunt for three fraudsters using false identities to scam people.

Police are on the hunt for three men who are allegedly using other people’s identities to commit fraud.
Central police spokesperson Captain Augustinah Selepe said police were looking for these men after evidence surfaced that they had embarked on a fraud spree.
She said police were looking for Daniel Baloyi from Zimbabwe who allegedly fraudulently used someone’s identity document.
Selepe said this was discovered when the real owner of the identity document went to the South African Revenue Service to submit his tax return only to find payment had already been submitted.
The same identity document had also been used to open accounts and it was noted that the work address of Baloyi did not match the original owner’s.
Eric Resimati Manganye is wanted for selling an RDP house to more than one buyer at Lotus Gardens in Pretoria.
“He allegedly sold the RDP house to more than two people and took deposits of more than R 50 000 providing a false bank account number for people to make payment,” said Selepe.
Selepe said the identity number Manganye was using belonged to a deceased woman and that a warrant of arrest had been issued for Manganye.
Christaan Tumelo Comfort Molefe, 30, is wanted for questioning to assist with the finding of Manganye.
Selepe said it was Molefe’s account number that was allegedly provided to receive the R 50 000 deposit.
Molefe was last seen on foot at the Ficksburg Bridge border post between Lesotho and South Africa.
Police are appealing to the public to assist in bringing these men to justice, Selepe said.
Anyone with information regarding these men can contact Warrant Officer Joel Moseki on 072-1193-430 or 012-353-4029 or their local police station.
