A burglary at an electronic store at the Centurion Mall on Monday evening left many unanswered questions.
Lyttelton Sector 1 CPF chairperson Hugo Erasmus, said police and security firms responded to a burglary at Incredible Connection at the Centurion shopping centre on Monday night at around 20:00.
He said the men broke into the Incredible Connection electronic shop only to get away with computer electronics.
“Police would still confirm exactly what the men took from the electronic store.”
He said no one was at the premises during the burglary and the thieves fled after breaking a window to gain entry in the store.
Erasmus said Lyttelton police and OrangeFox security firm responded to the burglary.
OrangeFox spokesperson Vanessa Jacobs confirmed the burglary and said no one was found at the store.
She said no shots were fired, and no injuries were reported.
Jacobs said Lyttelton Sector 1 CPF and multiple security companies responded to the burgled shop.
Centurion Mall confirmed the burglary and said police were investigating. A statement would be issued later.
Lyttelton police were still to confirm the burglary and what the thieves took from the store at the time of publishing.
